Job Description for Business Development Managers.

Eligibility:

  • Minimum 60% score across School (SSC, HSC), U.G, P.G results announced till date.
  • No standing arrears
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good convincing skills
  • Must hold driver's license
  • Male candidates preferred; but females may also apply.

Compensation & Date Of Joining

Total Compensation Rs 5 Lakhs per annum

In addition all business expenses incurred (travel, stay outside base location, phone expenses etc) will be reimbursed by the company.

Date of Joining:

After all academic requirements (final sem exams, project submission, project viva etc) are completed and provisional certificate is submitted.

Note: If your academic curriculum allows an internship during your final semester, you can join us even earlier as a (paid!) intern. A stipend of Rs 8,000 per month during training period will be applicable and the same will be revised to Rs. 14,000 during probation. In addition, as stated above, all business expenses incurred during, the internship period would be reimbursed. For those who join as interns, full-time role will start after all academic requirements (final sem exams, project submission, project viva etc) are completed and provisional certificate is submitted to the company (subject to good performance in the internship/probation period.)

RECRUITMENT PROCESS: The recruitment process will include the following:

  1. Group Discussion
  2. In this round, the candidates will be tested on their communication ,leadership & team work skills.

  3. Personal Interview
  4. This round is used to gauge the candidates personal communication, negotiations skills & to set the expectations of the company . Employment clauses are to be clearly explained to the candidate by the recruiter.

  5. Field work and Report Submission
  6. This round is aimed in testing the candidates marketing, selling, convincing skills in addition to their endurance. The report of the field work should be submitted within a stipulated time line.

  7. Panel Interview
  8. Post the report submission, a series of experts will review the report and based on the same discussions will happen with the candidate.

  9. Final Interview
  10. The final interview will be conducted by one of the key members of the organization to evaluate if the candidate will meet the expectations of the organization.
