  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in working with computers

Designation:- Executive (Customer Relation & Marketing)

Salary:- 1.2 to 2.4 lakhs per annum.

Job Description :-

  • Generate leads that could be converted into customers
  • Communicate with prospects across the globe via e-mail, over phone and through other means of communication and get them converted into customers
  • Schedule classes in liaison with students/ parents, tutors and education managers
  • Speak to students/ parents, understand client requirements and liaison with Education Managers to implement plans for fulfilling the customer needs
  • Follow up on all customer complaints/ concerns and maintain excellent relationship with them
  • Manage the classes using the software tool being used
  • Impart training to the tutors and students on the technology tool being used
  • Perform system check for tutors and students
  • Design and implement programs that would enhance the overall prospect/ customer experience throughout the purchase life cycle
  • Design and implement programs that would enhance the customer acquisition and retention processes
  • Design and implement programs that would result in customer delight
  • Guide, coach and mentor junior members within the Marketing and Customer relations team
  • Liaison among students/ parents, education managers and the tutors in order to schedule sessions, take and follow up on feedback from customers
  • Update logs, wherever necessary
  • Work as a source of expert subject matter knowledge within the organization in terms of marketing, sales and customer care
  • Suggest and implement novel and creative ideas that could enhance the overall service delivery by Tutorwaves
  • Scan the environment to learn about the changing trends in education/ learning process across the globe and come up with ideas and suggestions to take the organization to higher levels
  • Identify new opportunities for Tutorwaves to grow and expand the scope of services – Geographies/ Service offerings
  • Spearhead continuous process improvements across the organization
