➢ Rural Camp
A transformative exposure programme that enables students to understand rural life, grassroots realities, participatory approaches, and community development practices through direct engagement.
➢ Field Practicums
Structured field training in DCPU, JJB, Government Children’s home, NGOs, Hospitals, Psychiatric Settings, De-addiction Settings, Schools, and Community settings that integrates theory with practice and builds professional competence.
➢ Mentorship & Peer Support
A structured Mentorship and Peer Support system ensures the holistic development of MSW students at MACFAST College. Each student is guided by a dedicated faculty mentor who provides academic direction, fieldwork supervision, research guidance, career counseling, and emotional support, while peer learning initiatives such as senior–junior mentoring and group reflections promote collaboration, leadership, and professional confidence helping students grow into competent, ethical, and resilient social work professionals.
