Designation: Associate
Compensation: 3 Lakhs to 3.80 Lakhs + 5% variable pay bonus, p.a.
Selection Process:
1. Written Test
2. Technical Interview
3. Behavioural Interview
Eligibility:
- Final year students from MBA – Finance and Marketing
- An aggregate score of 60% and above (school and UG) with no active backlog
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, reasoning and analytical ability, and, strong technical knowledge

In order to increase the chances of being selected, ICTAK will provide two weeks of employability skills training and mock tests to nominated students. Details will be provided shortly.
