Compensation and Contract Details
• Annual CTC – 2.22 Lakhs
• Additional compensation – ICICI Meal Card – Rs. 1000
• Salary will be revisited after 1 year, based on performance
• Performance Bonus is applicable after completing 1 year, if eligible for the appraisal cycle. Payout only during the appraisal cycle.
• 3 Year commitment applicable to all Trainees. Penalty applicable in case of breaking the commitment contract
• The initial 6 Months will be a probationary period
• 6 – 8 weeks In-House training provided on the latest technologies
• Job Title – Trainee, Software Development. Promoted as Software Developer after completing 1 Year successfully

Job Objective – Design, development, delivery and management of technology-based business solutions. Provides support for all applications and ensures to provide a high quality services
Key Accountabilities:
• Designs and implements scripts, views, and stored procedures. Code reviewing, testing, and implementation of technical solutions.
• Researches and evaluates software-related technologies and products.
• Collaborating with end-users to identify needs and opportunities for improved data management and delivery.

Work experience:
