The Office of Examinations at Mar Athanasios College for Advanced Studies Tiruvalla was established in 2025 in accordance with the guidelines of the University Grants Commission for autonomous colleges. The Office is headed by the Controller of Examinations under the supervision of the Chief Controller of Examinations (Principal) and is supported by Deputy Controllers and administrative staff. It is responsible for planning, organizing, conducting, evaluating, and publishing the results of all examinations in a fair, transparent, and systematic manner. All examination activities are carried out according to the Examination Calendar published at the beginning of each academic year.

The entire examination process is fully automated through the AES ERP Software and is conducted in accordance with the approved Examination Manual, as well as the guidelines issued by Mahatma Gandhi University and the University Grants Commission from time to time. The Office is equipped with the necessary infrastructure for confidential examination work, including question paper generation, valuation, result processing, and printing of mark lists. The Office of Examinations is committed to ensuring efficient and student-friendly services while upholding the highest standards of academic integrity and transparency.
