Job Descriptions:

1.Category Executive

This is an important position in the organisation and has responsibility for validate the marketing function for Walkaroo International Pvt Ltd. The role demands ability to validate the marketing strategy for the manufactured and sourced products to increase the market share, achieve growth in sales and create Brand visibility through implementation of marketing programs.

• Coordinating New Product Sample arrangement for Catalogues, Tradeshows

• Coordinating Product selection for Newspaper, Magazine ads

• Product sample coordination with NPD for Product shows

• Preparation of catalogue lists and trade show order sheets

• Maintaining of Competitors article photo/price list database

2.Media Planning

• Budgeting for ATL and BTL activities based on projected sales

• Annual Planning for Print and TV media

• Analyse competition. Define the target audience and develop communication plans with targeted reach and frequency.

• Working collaboratively with Agency Teams and Sales team to develop and manage integrated media plans across mediums including TV, Print and Radio

• Create and maintain media plans, flowcharts, buying guidelines, budget summaries, plan implementation and competitive reports

• Implementation of the agreed media plans, evaluation of the on-going program for mid-course correction if any

• Post Plan evaluation compare with Pre Plan evaluation numbers

3.Ecommerce Operations

• Handling end to end activities of Ecommerce like Market Place Onboarding in Amazon, Flipkart etc..

• Cataloguing – Create new or modify existing processes to improve the productivity, TAT, efficiency, and accuracy of the Catalogue operation

• Inventory and order management – Manage day to day orders, Warehouse management – Handling SKUs, Data Analytics & Interpretation, Ecommerce Financial Management – Reduce settlement time – 45 days to 60 days.

• Create new product listings, content creation and maintenance by working closely with different teams (Product Management Team, Sales & Supply Chain) to provide updated content that will be shared e-commerce platforms
