Qualification: Masters in Science (Chemistry/Biochemistry/Microbiology/Biotechnology/Food technology)

Key Result Area of the role:

• Monitoring of Food safety compliance

• Ensure process quality

• Monitoring Packaging integrity

• Monitoring Labelling compliance

• Daily Summary Report from CMUS

Knowledge: HACCP, ISO 22000, GMO

 Additional Skill:

• Should have a two-wheeler with a valid driving license

• Should be flexible to travel

• Ability to interact effectively with all levels of personnel within the organization

• Ability to read and interpret documents such as procedure manuals, regulatory documents
