Recruitment Process Criteria:

Educational qualification:

• BE-MBA or B. Tech-MBA , MBA

“Selection” Process:

• Online Assessment Test

• 2 Technical Interviews

• HR Interview

“After Selection” Process:

• Offering a designation of Trainee – Executive Program Management / Junior Sales Executive

• Work Location: Kochi / Bangalore

• Service Agreement applicable

Salary-

Compensation details :

• Salary details duration 10k Stipend during Internship period – From day 1 of association for 3 months

• 3.2 LPA during probation period – For 3 months which includes statutory benefits like PF, Gratuity etc.

• 4.0 LPA after completion of probation
