“An Interactive session with Rev. Shibu Samuel” was held on August 27, 2023, at Room No. 214, Department of Social Work, MACFAST, organized by the SWAYAM Club. Rev. Shibu Samuel and Fr. Shine N. Jacob from the Christian Agency for Rural Development (CARD) were the resource persons for the interaction. They highlighted the role of social workers in community development and explained the functioning and intervention strategies of their institution, providing practical insights into grassroots social work practice.
