PROGRAMME OUTCOMES (PO)
Upon successful completion of the Master of Social Work (MSW) programme, graduates will be able to:
- Critically analyse social problems, institutions, and practice contexts using social work theories and social science perspectives.
- Apply scientific reasoning, basic research methods, and problem-solving skills to assess social realities and inform professional social work practice.
- Integrate knowledge from multiple disciplines and systems perspectives to understand complex social issues and plan holistic social work interventions.
- Demonstrate effective professional communication, documentation, and reporting skills with individuals, groups, communities, and organizations.
- Exhibit leadership abilities and professional competence in teamwork, organizational functioning, and facilitation of social change.
