Customer Success Management:
1. Selection Methodology:
• Checking communication skills (Written and Verbal)
• General Knowledge
• Role play, if required, based on the job profile
• Personal interview (at least 2 rounds)
2. Designation: Customer Success Management (Executive, Senior Executive, Manager) for India and International Markets. These are the open positions. Exact designation will depend on the candidate profile.
3. Job Descriptions:
• Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
• Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives. Keep a track of Project related deliverables to ensure delivery.
• Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
• Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
• Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g., quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
• Prepare reports on account status
• Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory
• Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
Other requirements – proactive in learning new skills, willingness to travel, proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power point), MS Outlook, MS Teams, etc.
Location: Hyderabad
Annual CTC : 3.50 Lakhs to 5.00 Lakhs
