JOB TITLE: Business Development Executives (BDE)
REPORTS TO: The BDEs will report to the Team Leader
JOB OVERVIEW
We are in need of resourceful Business Development Executives to develop and implement growth opportunities in existing and new markets. We’re searching for freshers/professionals that have a solid track record of creating long-term value for organizations.
RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:
To achieve company goal of expanding their business, Business Development Executives perform a variety of duties and responsibilities.
Call Management:
Contact the prospects, create awareness about the programs, convince them about the usefulness of the programs according to their requirement; help them to explore the usefulness of the program in implementing it in their career. Attending phone calls from students, their parents and assisting those to fulfil their information needs.
Meeting Arrangement
Regularly contact with the prospects, enquire about their needs and invite them for a face-to-face meeting with the concern counsellor.
Counselling:
Meeting with the students and their parents for the best option of the course, convince and convert them to the admission
Documents Collection:
Collect all the necessary documents from the candidates and make it to the soft form, and keep all the hard copies in the records as per the office administrative system.
Records Keeping:
Keep all the relevant records both in the soft and hard copy mode and should be made available when it is needed.
University Coordination:
Setting all the documents and forms for the registration and the university formalities.
REQUIREMENTS:
• MBA
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to develop a good relationship with current and potential customers.
