JOB TITLE: JUNIOR HR RECRUITER

Job type: 1-month training followed by Full-time employment.

CTC Offered: 1.8 L- 2.5 LPA + Performance Based Incentives

Eligibility Criteria: MBA- HR (with Marketing and Operations preferred)

Duties and Responsibilities:

1.     Updating job site by inputting new employee contact information and employment details.

2.     Screening potential employees; resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates to fill company job vacancies.

3.     Organizing interviews with shortlisted candidates.

4.     Posting job advertisements to job boards and social media platforms.

5.     Removing job advertisements from job boards and social media platforms once vacancies have been filled.

6.     Preparing and sending offer and rejection letters or emails to candidates.

7.      Contact clients/candidates through calls & mail.

8.     Study the client’s working environment.

9.      Check both Clients’ and candidates’ backgrounds.

10.  Responding to inquiries regarding HR policies, employee benefits, and other HR-related matters.

11.  Report all updates to your respected Project manager.

12.  Track all sales and report new opportunities to management.

13.  Adherence to customer communication etiquette.
