Eligibility Criteria
– 60% throughout from 10th to PG
– PG (MBA Finance)
– Pass out year – 2021, 2022 (Immediate joiners) & 2023
– Zero backlogs
– 0 to 1 year (Fresher preferred)
Job Title: Associate Operations Analyst (JD Attached)
Work location: ENVESTNET, Ground floor, Bhavani, Technopark, Trivandrum, Kerala (Remote Working till office resumes after pandemic)
Salary for fresher: INR 2.63 LPA (+ shift allowance)
Monthly telephone/ internet allowance: INR 1000
This job requires to work in shifts which can go up to 1 am. (free cab facility is available)
Candidates with 0 to 1 year of experience will have Service Agreement of 2 years.
Selection Process:
i) Proctored Online Test– MCQ (Aptitude + Finance domain) – Date: 27th January 2023, Friday – Test link will be directly shared to your registered email address after registration – Please make sure the email address is typed in correctly while registering else you’ll not receive the test link
ii) Behavioral and Cognitive Assessment
iii) Technical Interview (Video conference)
