Role Intent
Backoffice to support the patients come through Marketing campaigns to complete their treatment, keep data of all patients, present the monthly performance of the department, coordinate with field marketing people, help prepare annual business plan, etc.
Front end team i.e. referral team will organize camps, meet doctors in the periphery (individual clinics and small hospitals) and encourage to refer patients for high-end care to our hospital, branding, digital marketing, etc. Corporate marketing will be working to build tie-ups with corporates for health check-up, medical insurance, etc. The international team will be developing international relations with NGOs and other expatriate associations working in the foreign countries, attend exhibitions, meet doctors and hospitals to promote our brand, also locally meet tour and travel agencies and keep track of visitors come for medical tourism, etc.
Management trainees will be given one-year training on the above areas.
Salary & Other Benefits :
Benefits include a fixed stipend of Rs.15100 (Rs.2 Lakhs per annum CTC) per month. Once complete the training trainees will be appointed as Executives in Health care promotions on a scale of Rs.25000-35000/= p.m.
Trainees will be entitled for medical benefits, accident insurance, TA/DA as per policy for official travel, leave, etc.
