Job Profile: Territory Sales Incharge (On Contract basis through 3rd party M/s Human Resource Society, Gujarat)
Contract Period with Human Resource Society: 6 months (may be renewed on the basis of performance)
CTC Structure:
1. Salary: Gross Rs 22,000/- per month less TDS 10%
2. Mobile exp. Reimbursement: Rs 500 per month
3. TA-DA: As per Federation rules (as applicable to TSI-III grade)

The candidate will be responsible for the Sales & Distribution function for our range of products for assigned territory. Operating one or more of our 4 distribution highway: Fresh, Frozen, Chilled and Ambient.
The candidate will be responsible for market coverage as well as market penetration for assigned territory. The major responsibility includes sales planning, Logistics & Distribution Management, WD & Territory Management, Product Promotion, New Product Launches, Achievement of sales targets etc.
The candidate will be also responsible for prospecting, qualifying, negotiating and strategizing business development. S/he is required to track and analyze competitors’ activities and suggest countermeasures from time to time. Their success will be measured by the delivery of business critical goals, growth and gain in market share.
The candidate should be an MBA graduate. The age should not be more than 28 years. The candidates having knowledge of local language need only apply.
Preference will be given to candidates from Pathanamthitta District.
