>Analyze the Job requirement of our Direct Clients like Johnson & Johnson, Merck,Novartis, Sanofi, Pfizer, Boeing, Alcon, Seqirus, etc.
> Search, screen and shortlist candidates based on various aspects from Job portals
(Monster, Dice, and Career Builder) and through Social networking & relevant
> Conduct initial round of interviews with candidates and forwarding them to the Account Manager in US Office.
> Post jobs in various sites, updating requirement list, preparing daily tracker.
> Should have excellent oral and written communication skills (English).
> Knowledge of IT / Clinical terminologies would be an added advantage.
> Ready to work in Evening shift (5:00 pm – 2:00 am), Monday – Friday.
> Mandatory: Should be willing to give us a working for minimum 2 years.

Annual CTC for fresher: Rs. 3.31,612 PA
> Remuneration Offered 25 K + Incentives (from the time of Training Period). After the training period (Permanent) the Annual CTC will be 3,31,612/-
(Our current recruiters (Top Performers) make upto 50,000/- Incentives per Month)
> Training Period is for a minimum period of 4 months.
> Every 6 months Performance Evaluation will be conducted and on the basis of your performance there will be a Salary hike.
> Based on exceptional work performance, every year there will be a “Job Title Upgrade”.
> 5 Working Days a Week with Weekends as Fixed Off.
