Job responsibilities:
The responsibilities include but not limited to the following:
• Provide live chat support
• Monitor servers and networks and escalate to the corresponding department
• Provide basic customer support through the ticketing system
• Carry out tasks under the supervision of the mentor
• Identification of various server issues and act according to the guidelines
• Documentation of issues
Skills Required
• Good English language skill (especially written)
• Candidates should be able to give at least a 2-year commitment with us.
• Maximum number of permitted back papers- 5. Students with more back papers will not be allowed to attend the rounds.
• Should be ready to work in rotational shift
Job Location: Edapally, Kochi (Currently working remotely)
CTC– Rs 18,000/- to Rs 25,000/- per month (Based on performance)
