Test and interview: (will be done remotely)
- Candidates will need to go through the test, including aptitude, technical, and logical reasoning.
- Candidates who clear the test will have a round of discussion as a part of the final selection process.
- If selected, they will go through the training of 15 weeks.
Candidates should have
- Laptop for training (at least of the configuration of I3, 4GB RAM, Windows 7, 8, 10)
- Internet connectivity at home
Selection procedure during the training and for the opportunity to work at Insight
- Trainees will start their training remotely.
Note: Trainees could be called to the office in Bengaluru if there is an ease in lockdown which is currently in effect due to the covid 19 pandemic. - Trainees have monthly reviews and evaluations and will be scrutinized for their readiness to go to the next level of the training.
- Monthly evaluations can help them scale to the next level or end the training if they do not clear evaluations.
- Trainees who clear the training program successfully as per set standards will be absorbed as Junior Software Programmers or Jr. Quality Assurance in the Insight Software team.

SELECTION PROCESS FOR TRAINING PROGRAM:
If a candidate’s profile is selected, he/she will be called for an aptitude, technical test, and interview. Upon clearing the test and interview will be called for the training.
