Job Title:- US HR Recruiter / US Pharma Recruiter / Inside Sales Executive – US Recruitment / Marketing Associate – US Recruitment
Qualification:- MBA(Male & Female)
(All disciplines/branches are welcome to apply.)
• Work involves interaction mostly with professionals in USA.
• Analyze the Job requirements of our Direct Clients like Johnson & Johnson, Merck, Novartis, Sanofi, Boeing, Alcon, Seqirus, etc.
• Search, screen and short-list candidates based on various aspects from Job portals (Monster, Dice, and Career Builder), in-house database, LinkedIn and through relevant community sites.
• Conduct initial round of interviews with candidates and forward them to the Account Manager in US Office.
• The nature of the work is more like Inside Sales and Marketing and less like HR/Admin.
• Should have excellent oral and written communication skills (English).
• Knowledge of IT/ Clinical/Scientific/Pharmaceutical/Lab terminologies would be an added advantage.
• Ready to work in the Evening shift (5:00 PM – 2:00 AM), Monday – Friday.
• Mandatory: Should be willing to give us a working commitment for minimum 2 years.
Benefits in NewAgeSys Solutions (P) Ltd: Annual CTC for fresher: Rs. 4.67Lakh
• Remuneration Offered R 32,500 + Incentives (during the Training Period).
• After the Training Period (On getting Permanent) monthly salary will be R 35,000/- based on your performance.
• The Annual CTC will be R 4.67 Lakh (On getting Permanent). Detailed CTC structure with salary of R 35,000/- is added in annexure 1 for your reference.
• Our current recruiters (Top Performers) makes R 50, 000 – R 1.50 Lakhs per Month as incentives.
• The training period is for a minimum of 4 months.
• Every 6 months, a Performance Evaluation will be conducted and on the basis of your performance, there will be a Salary hike.
• Based on exceptional work performance, there will be “Job Title Upgrade”.
• 5 Working Days a Week with Weekends as Fixed Off.
• Employee Engagement Activities like Team Outing, Celebrations, etc.
• Benefits like – Provident Fund, Welfare Fund, Casual Leaves, Family Care Leaves, Health Insurance, etc. can be availed on being Permanent.
• Employees who achieve their Target will be awarded with Bi-Monthly rewards.
Candidates should be ready to sign a Work Agreement (for a minimum of 2 years) with us as we will be providing them with full end training to make them an expert in Talent Acquisition. This will NOT affect their Salary Appraisal and Promotions.
