Job Introduction:
• Responsible for screening, scheduling, interviewing, negotiating, and follow through until the candidate joins
• Understand the Industry and environment the business operates in
• Understand the Talent Pool available and identify the key motivators for them to join an organization
• Acquire a thorough understanding of job requisition for required competencies, skills, the knowledge required of successful applicants from the Hiring Manager
• Identify and implement sourcing strategies based upon the job position by creatively conducting research and/or utilizing a multitude of resources
• Develop an ongoing and diverse pipeline using research, networking, database mining, etc. for prospective applicants
• Identify and submit qualified candidates to Hiring Managers basis the JD provided and softer nuances shared
• Have effective discussions on Salary to ensure a fair remuneration package for the member basis their skillset and our internal parity.
• Completion of process on the Online Tool – Support the candidates and Hiring Managers with the online documentation right up to pre-joining.
• Share data and analysis to be able to evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of the recruitment process
• Other Reports etc on an adhoc basis as requested
