Expectations from the new hire:
-Should have good programming logic in any of the languages, reasoning, and analytical skills.
-Should be a problem solver and go-getter kind of a person
-Number of arrears shouldn’t be a concern for the right person
-Should be passed out either in 2021 or 2022
-Should be a MCA graduate
-Should have a fundamental idea on SDLC/ Agile Scrum Methodology.
-Should have the ability to understand the system from a business perspective.
-Should have the skill to create test cases with a very good coverage on the requirements.
-Should have the attitude to take ownership of the project.
-Should be a team player
-Should have strong verbal and written communication skills while bug reporting, meetings, IMs and email communications.

- Aptitude test/Machine test
- Group discussion
- Face to face round
Work location: Infopark-Kakkanad, Ernakulam, Kerala
Annual CTC : 2.5 lakhs – 3.00 lakhs
